The Lakshmi Ayurveda Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant course will be delivered in a combination of face-to-face practical and online theoretical learning. Students will undergo Ayurvedic training to assess the health of a client. The student will provide manageable strategies to assist the client to return to their natural state of balance.

You will be guided through the course by Lakshmi Ayurveda’s founder and director, Karin. Karin’s Ayurvedic wisdom will support you in developing as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and continually spark your enthusiasm to grow in your Ayurvedic learning.

Upon successful completion of the course, graduates will receive certification through Lakshmi Ayurveda, a recognised training provider by IICT, the International Institute of Complementary Therapists. This internationally recognized certificate upholds a high standard, giving you the ability to obtain personal indemnity insurance to practice as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant.

The course is 600 hours in total - 300 hours online, 250 hours practical and 50 assessment hours. All of the practical hours must be completed at Lakshmi Ayurveda in Fremantle.

The course is self-paced, however it is required that all students must complete the entire course, including online, practical and assessment components, within two years from commencing. We encourage students to complete the entire course in one year.

After successfully completing the course, you will be trained as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant. In this role you can work as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant or an Ayurvedic Assistant. The choice on how you apply your learning is yours, the course is great for both personal and professional development!
